Kiyonaga & Soltis, P.C. (K & S) was founded in 1994
when Paul Kiyonaga and Debra Soltis left their respective positions
with large law firms to establish their own practice. The firm
specializes in criminal and civil litigation, including employment,
civil rights, international and class action matters. In short, this
is the firm to call when you are about to be fired; have been denied
university tenure, have had your civil rights violated; are a
diplomat or government official in trouble; or have been arrested
for, or convicted of, a serious crime.
